Each year our children choose a charity they would like to support. This year the charity chosen is WWF. To support this the children have asked that on Friday 1st March we celebrate Wear It Wild day. Children and staff are asked to come into school wearing something animal related, this could be a simple headband, spots on their top or even an animal onesie. Our children are asking for a £1 donation on this day.
Thank you for your support,
Hambrook Animal Team Captains

Safe Parking
Please can we ask all parents/carers to take care when driving around our school and park safely. Please use parking around the common and walk to the school gates, dropping off children by our gates is dangerous and puts our children at risk.
We encourage parents with parking and driving concerns around the school to report this directly to South Gloucestershire Council Street Care Team who are responsible for the roads and safety around school. You can contact them:
or the police:

Holidays in term time
A polite reminder that we do not authorise any holidays in term time. We recommend all parents/carers read our Attendance Policy and are familiar with it. It is important that all parents/carers understand that if you choose to take your child/ren out of school for a holiday in term time you may be issued with a fine from the Local Authority. Our policy includes more details on this.
Please be aware that the school does not provide work for pupils who take holiday in term time.
